Please also consider being a blood or marrow donor for others in need.   Joseph received  countless transfusions of platelets and blood from unknown strangers - those transfusions were life-saving.   Joseph was fortunate to have 4 siblings and two matches (Nino and Tony) for stem cell bone marrow donors; most kids with cancer needing stem cell transplants are not so fortunate.  The more who donate, the better.    See www.abmdr.org and/or www.indianablood.org for more information.
