July is Run, Walk, Roll month at the Joseph Maley Foundation! We invite everyone to join us on the 14th at Michael A. Carroll Stadium in beautiful downtown Indianapolis. This event brings together individuals of all abilities to celebrate serving children of all abilities and enjoy family-friendly activities. Our fan-favorite 5K course returns and we are excited to offer a new 10-mile option for our runners. Register online soon, as our prices increase on July 9th.

Joseph Maley Foundation Featured on Indy Style     

Tune into WISH-TV’s Indy Style on Tuesday, July 3 beginning at 10 AM, when the Joseph Maley Foundation will be featured as we discuss ten years of impact in central Indiana. Former puppeteer and Junior Board graduate Noah Bush joins Events and Communication Manager Courtney Basso on the program to highlight the Joseph Maley Friends Puppet Troupe and our upcoming Run, Walk, Roll.

                       Junior Board Applications

Do you know a student entering grades 9-12 who has a desire to serve children of all abilities while gaining nonprofit leadership experience? The Joseph Maley Foundation Junior Board is currently accepting applications. Junior Board is comprised of students who act as ambassadors for Joseph Maley Foundation programs, create and host fundraisers, and engage their peers in service.

              Welcome to New Staff               

We are thrilled to welcome two new staff members to the Joseph Maley Foundation. Chelsea McCloskey joins us as our disABILITY Awareness Manager.  Chelsea comes to us from Zionsville Middle School and is excited to continue her work with children. Aubrey Wiest returns to JMF as a Program Associate. You will recognize Aubrey’s name from her prior work as one of our phenomenal summer interns!  Stay tuned for full profiles of Chelsea and Aubrey in upcoming blogs.
