Giving every child access to adaptive and inclusive athletic opportunities

JMFitness is completely inclusionary, and exists to celebrate the abilities of every young athlete involved. It is a fun adaptive athletics program that gives all children opportunities to participate in various sporting activities. Adaptive athletics is a means by which sports can be adjusted to meet the unique playing aptitudes of our young athletes with and without disabilities.

The program is recreational in nature and pairs mentors with young athletes. Through this partnership, athletes learn techniques, skills, and safe practices associated with each sport, while enjoying camaraderie with their mentor and fellow participants.

Two of the cornerstone events associated with JMFitness are the All-Sports Banquet and adaptive Easter Egg Hunt. Every fall, JMF holds an All-Sports Banquet to celebrate the accomplishments and growth of our athletes over the year. The adaptive Easter Egg Hunt takes place in the spring, and gives children of all abilities an opportunity to participate in a fun holiday event.
