Federal Civil Practice Seminar: Insights from Bench and Bar

Federal court civil practice regularly involves issues under the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct, as well as federal law and rules addressing attorney conduct. On the pro bono front, federal courts in Indiana offer unique programs and opportunities for pro bono service to indigent parties, and ethical rules come into play in these situations as well.
